Pilates

Pilates is a fantastic form of exercise that helps you feel fitter, stronger and more flexible, and is recommended by most health professionals. Rachael is a fully qualified Pilates Instructor and offers - 

GROUP CLASSES - Wednesday evenings  at Camborne Wesley Hall, Chapel Street, Camborne TR14 8EG. Run in 6 week blocks, £36 for 6 weeks, payable in advance. Beginners/Gentle Pilates 5.15pm - 6.15pm (suitable for those who have never done Pilates before, or who have a lower than average level of fitness, are recovering from injury, or who simply want a gentle class). Intermediate Pilates Classes 6.30pm - 7.30pm (aimed at those that have done some Pilates before and therefore have an understanding of the concept of centering the pelvis and engaging the core, and who have a moderate level of fitness or above). The next block starts 3rd January 2024. Places are limited and prebooking is essential - book online or phone the clinic on 01209 612197.

ONE to ONE  Pilates in the clinic. Why have private sessions? Pilates emphasises good posture and working the body's core muscles correctly in a very specific way - this can take a while to master and the undivided attention of private tuition can help greatly. In addition, it can be a fabulous compliment to treatment - an individual Pilates programme can be developed tailored to your specific needs to strengthen problem areas and prevent recurrences of back pain or other injuries. Sessions are £35, or £95 for a block of 3 (recommended) - session times 45 minutes (but you will do as much exercise as an hour group class!)
